  7. Prior dispatch built the CDP Lighthouse audit engine in `/home/mikes/browser-extensions/data-rift-pro-0.2/` (cdp-audit.js + wiring). It HALTED (LOOP_DETECTED) before writing the test file. Everything else passed.
